What Leonardo is Doing in Response to the Coronavirus

Dear Customers and Partners,

I want to take this time to share with you the state of our operations as influenced by the coronavirus (COVID-19).

With school closings and event cancellations here in the US, and with the continuing spread of the virus globally, we are responding to this situation with critical measures, doing everything we can to protect our employees, customers and partners.

We are closely following guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other authorities to help minimize the virus’s reach and impact. Additionally, effective immediately, we are no longer allowing visitors to our facilities and have stopped all unnecessary staff travel for the foreseeable future.

Despite these safety precautions, Leonardo and Selex ES Inc. are using a variety of tools to allow our teams to work remotely. Most customers will not notice any disruption in service. We will make all efforts to coordinate installations as local regulations permit.

Contact information for our associates and service departments remain unchanged. If a critical situation arises, we will work to provide the necessary support, including coordinating efforts with our network of local representatives and dispatching personnel as permitted.

We are continually reevaluating our actions based on new information from the CDC and local authorities. It is our goal to keep all our customers operational during this uncertain time.

Thank you for your patience as the world collectively works together to respond to this global dilemma.

Sincerely,

Bill Nieuwkerk

President & General Manager
